Shipping & Returns

With Austiners you can easily determine the exact shipping charges before placing your order. Simply place your desired items in your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have completed your selections, navigate to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the green circle in the upper right corner. On the Cart page after the list of your items, click on the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" button and enter the required address information to get the total shipping charges and sales tax, if any. You can then change quantities, remove items, or select additional items to suit your needs.

Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax on the purchase price and shipping fee.

Orders normally ship within one business day after cleared payment is received. Multiple items purchased and paid with one payment will be combined into one shipment. Please contact us if you have special shipping requests.

US Domestic Orders: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail services are available. We gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses.

The purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded as long as the item(s) is returned within 30 days of delivery in the same condition it was received. In the case of defective items, a return shipping label will be provided via email. In other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
