ESTIMATING SHIPPING COSTS
With Austiners you can easily determine the exact shipping charges before placing your order. Simply place your desired items in your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have completed your selections, navigate to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the green circle in the upper right corner. On the Cart page after the list of your items, click on the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" button and enter the required address information to get the total shipping charges and sales tax, if any. You can then change quantities, remove items, or select additional items to suit your needs.
Orders normally ship within one business day after cleared payment is received. Multiple items purchased and paid with one payment will be combined into one shipment. Please contact us if you have special shipping requests.
US Domestic Orders: Shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail based on total weight of the order; USPS Express Mail service is available. We gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders: Shipped via USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International based on total weight; USPS Express Mail International shipping available. International buyers should be aware of Customs Duties, Import Taxes, or VAT that may be levied by their national government. Buyers are responsible for all such fees, if applicable. International orders make take 6 weeks or longer for delivery.
The purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded as long as: 1) the item is returned within 7 days of delivery in the same condition it was received; AND 2) the buyer contacts us by email prior to the return. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
