Mill Hill Perforated PVC is a needlework material made from PVC. It is perfect for counted needlework projects, scrapbooking, and craft projects such as bookmarks, greeting cards, seasonal decor, and holiday ornaments.
Mill Hill Perforated PVC resists snagging, allowing threads to flow through the perforations smoothly. It resists tears, yet cuts just as easily and smoothly as paper using scissors or a craft knife.
For stitching, use a size 24 or 26 tapestry needle with three strands of floss for 14 count. Use a size 28 tapestry needle with two strands for 18 count. When stitching with Mill Hill beads, use a size 10 beading needle with two strands of floss.
